Sailing & storage fees
SAILING FEES 2026-2027
Membership renewal became due on July 1st. A renewal grace period of three months applies until 30th September 2026. Members who have not paid a renewal fee by this date will be classed as non-financial until they renew their membership. Non-financial members are not eligible to score points.
There are four parts to membership renewal or new membership.
Club Membership
1/. Membership of Drummoyne Sailing Club Ltd aka the big club – all sailors must be members, sailors under 18 years of age are given complimentary membership.

If you have registered with AS previously you will need your Australian Sailing Number to renew, you can lookup your Australian Sailing Number here, if you have not previously held and Australian Sailing Number register as a new sailor.
Sailing Membership automatically fulfills your obligation under the Racing Rules of Sailing and gives you immediate access to mySailor and the other ancillary benefits Australian Sailing offers. Members access to the Australian Sailing mySailor system allows sailors to get a consolidated view of all their sailing qualifications and certificates, and update their details.
Everyone who sails regularly at DSC must hold both current DSC and Sailing membership.
If you want to give sailing a try then SailPass is a means by which a non-member can go sailing at DSC – it’s a form of introductory or short term membership (for a day); a simple way to let people experience having fun in boats. Boat owners/skippers will need to pay Race Entry Fees for all fleets they sail in and or boat or dinghy storage.

BOAT STORAGE
On-site boat storage is subject to space availability and is conditional on the boat owner holding both current DSC and Sailing membership. The boat being of a class supported by the DSC and that it competes regularly in scheduled Club events.
Failure to comply will result in the owner being directed to remove their boat from the Club premises. Owners will be charged an annual fee which is non-refundable and is for a financial year (July to June) or part thereof. Storage is subject to the terms of the Boat Storage Agreement.
